Description
I am a massive anime fan and thought hey i wan't to do a Rasengan that can be tracked and added to videos. After looking on blend-swap with no luck and then trying you-tube for a tutorial (also no luck) I gave up and did it myself. Also if you plan on animating it there is an empty in the center that moves the entire effect. Please send me links to the awesome stuff you guys do with it ;).

If the link doesn't work try later it may still be processing. Also for you VFX artists out there if you have an effect you want to use this for you will either have to mess with the node set up or use keyframes to animate it.

Yes I can and sorry I've been gone a while life and my professional crastination got in the way, I'll have a new blend up today snd hopefully make the tutorial If I can get obs working on my old laptop. P.S. It's super easy once you know how to do it. You could seriously make it in like 10 min.

The chidorie is extremely difficult to do in blender since blender can't do lightning very well but I've just started playing around with the animation nodes addon and there might be something there that lets me do it.
