Your video looks great !!!! It is possible that some of the interieurs in the living room are from my Blend-File "modern living room" ? Great that you can used it.
Absolutely yes they were! They were beautifully done, though it took me a while to convert them to Blender Internal materials
I love the video. Your tree looks ideally suited to the story. I heard mention of Odin near the end. Is "Yddrasil" an alternative spelling for the Yggdrasil of Morse myth? Is it the same concept?
That is a complex question -- yes it is an allusion to odin and Norse mythology. Most of this was answered in Scene F6 ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f2W2igqWP3Q ). Ultimately, the idea is that the Nephilim described in the bible were the source of the various mythologies (greek west)/ Norse (north)/ Egyptian (south)/ Oriental (east)) and that these kingdoms are at war with each other, continuing to the present day.
Thank you for the explanation and the extra video link, which I have now watched. I'm impressed with the dramatics you've created, so I'll be watching the rest gradually from the beginning.
be prepared -- the older you go, the poorer the quality. It began as a screwing around project, and I learned along the way, one step at a time
Not how I imagined Yddrasil but I guess it's up to opinion. Looks great though.
