This is amazing! Do you by any chance have a low poly version of this? I would love to put his head on a ninja's body.
i think craig jones has a point, but i will, if i have enough time i will re-post a low poly version of this.
Maybe retopo a simple low poly around it, and then bake the normal map from the high poly to low poly as a texture
