Description
This is a model of a set of dragons that I did for the weekend challenge #542 over at blenderartist.org. The theme for this week was Fire and Ice.
I used the skin modifier to create and rig the dragons. I then UV unwrapped them and used a picture of ice for one and a picture of fire for another as emitting textures. I did not pack the images into the blend file as they were just random images I found on the interwebs, but it would be a simple matter to add some yourself.
I added a bit of blur in post processing to give it an extra glow, and used Gimp to add an extra glow for the entry and the preview picture I have submitted here.
