what exactly is it??? it looks really cool...
i guess to sum it up to me i wanted to experiment with what blender can do and after arraying a few blocks and distorting them i realized i could create a landscape much like a minecraft one, i used a reference image when creating some sort of mountains in the back
there should be much more downloads this blend is stunningly creative

Its a field of view setting in the camera data tab
Its called focus, you can of to your camera settings and set them up there :) its pretty simple, if you need more help then that... let me know!
