I downloaded your model and examined it. It isn't bad in terms of geometry. The pose is inconsiderate of the rigging process, and the modeling is unfinished as there are places that are misshapen. I am taking the liberty of adjusting the model for higher quality aesthetics as we speak. I suggest you work on a male model, and make slight tweaks to the existing model. Elbows need to be bent slightly, and upper arms should aim slightly backwards. knees should also be a little bent as well. These bends are to account for the shape of the human skeleton when rigging. I have more notes, but no time to tell them. Have a great day.
