Lyra Heartstring's mark is two-dimensional? As your model is three dimensional and of varying thickness, I would not have thought you needed to mark it as fan art. Yours is a nice stylistic rendering of a lyre.

It is actually worse. I am not modeling her 2d cutie mark. I am modeling the lyre she would have if she had a lyre (A lyre is never shown or mentioned in the show). I thought about it and concluded it would be silly to mark this as fan art. I have changed it. Feel free to do whatever now.
