A wooden, richly ornamented Chessboard, polish handicraft, originally bought on a fleamarket in 1986; Material setup for Cycles; 4k textures; exact metrical dimensions of the original.

For the moment you have to unfold it yourself, but I might add a folding rig and interior textures sometime soon. :)

Hah, great :) A friend recently told me she had that same chessboard in her youth, but with somewhat different chess pieces ... must have been a popular design that everyone was imitating back then, or it's not entirely true about the 'polish handicraft' note that I found scribbled somewhere on the inside, or a bit of both ;)

This is great, used it as just a static chessboard. Good texture, needs to be flipped after unfolding though.
