This is a wonderful model. I wouldn't dream of joining @GyngaNynja and @Greenfyre95 in drawing any more puns out of this ...

Because I have no sense of humour (as my wife points out often, my jokes aren't very deep), no puns from me. Oh well, anyway... The texturing is very nice, but I would have made the inside of the well lower and black, darkening the inside towards the bottom. Depending on the camera controls, in game players may well be able to look down into it and see that it isn't actually a well. Also, while UV optimisation may not have been a priority for you, you could have overlapped the inner and outer roof tiles, just making the inner UV island shorter. also, split the inverted V part to fit each arm vertically. Also, for a perhaps 'better' silhouette, loop cut and lower the middle of the roof in 2 or 3 places. Good work though, well done.
