I was just trying to make a basic spiral staircase as practice for modelling.

I ended up with this slightly complex scene, baked in Cycles Bake build of 2.70. I attempted to bake the emission, but it didn't turn out as well as the Ambient Occlusion baking, so I kept that. I think it looks better like that anyway.

This scene seems like it'd be good for a game basis, maybe. Kind of an older, early 1900's style, so maybe old rusted textures and flickering lights.

I really hope you enjoy this, and find it useful. This is my favorite of all my models so far, I really love how it looks with the AO. It'd mean a lot to me if it gets used somewhere. Since I've already separated the stairs from the walls, it shouldn't be tough.
