Description
A model built from images of a 1937 Buick Straight 8. It has the rounded boot (= trunk in US parlance) rather than the square back-end.
Cycles materials plus a backdrop and lighting on layers 5 & 6.

Hello Keevee09. That looks awesome. Thank you for sharing that with us.
Thank you Milel007. The model still has room for improvement: it lacks an interior and an engine, and parts such as the hood and doors could be animated. As ever: if I find the time... :)
Nice work. I am enjoying studying it.
thanks riveter, I've worked a bit more on my local copy of it. Pieces such as the side trim are still curve objects so to clean it up for export you would probably need to convert them to mesh objects (alt-c). The side trim was a nice place to start on this project as it is visible in all three views. And using a curve to create it kept it smooth. I then built the panels and doors to match this. The headlights use a grooved mesh with a glass material to create the 'fresnel lens' look.
Wow, It looks so close to real you can fool anyone by this
Thank you sriniwasjha :) I can see all the flaws in it though ;)
Looks So cool Thank you !
