I used these tutorials for the camera collision script and camera look script. This blend is pretty stable and I hope it is helpful. Feel free to use it for whatever you want.

Its awesome!!!! do you have any idea how to connect the Camera Movement in the Scene with FaceDetection/Headtracking using a webcam

It's good to hear that you like it. as far as the connecting the camera with headtracking I'm sorry to say that I would not know anything about that. Try looking in the blender artist forums.
