This Blend is of a 24 lb British cannon of the type to be found on the HMS Victory circa 1805. Although this type of weapon has appeared on Blend Swap before, I have yet to find a file that includes the tackle necessary to operate it. Accordingly I have constructed a Blend which includes tackle rope, recoil rope, tackle blocks and a gunlock.

CGTextures image files *WoodPlanksFloors0030-17* and *Various0146-2* were used for the deck and rope.

Simulating rope doesn't appear to be my strong suit. I would welcome any hints on how to make the rope more realistic.
