A simple robot model, no rigging. I found the model image online, but couldn't visit the site in order to credit the artist. So I'm adding the original picture if anyone would like to use it, along with my render. Comments are always welcome!

The robot seems to be marked as fanart. Is it from a movie or game or is that an error? From where is it?

I marked it as fan art because I had just found the picture on Google while looking for something simple to practice modelling. When I tried to visit the site in order to find out who the original artist was, the link was broken and it was the only place I could find that picture. I'm not sure exactly where it's from, as I had never seen it before.
