Any help? It seems that if i download any of the "Whole" models only parts of them are visible....

I just tyred the blend and I had to hit the trusted button at top right to get full view of it too. hope this helps :)

Yes, you need to make sure Blender trusts Python scripts to auto-run for it to work. Go to User Preferences > System and enable 'Auto Run Python Scripts'. Then click Save User Settings. From the on you'll be good, and won't have to click the Trusted button at the top anymore.
