This file took me roughly a week to complete... The topology is clean, and tri free... All quads! :D
The poly count can be adjusted by the Subsurf Modifier (not applied)

The file was going to be sold on Blender Market, but do to the material on the stock, the lack of iron sights, and the lack of detail in the trigger, it was delayed until these minor issues were fixed. Instead of fixing the issues, and re-rendering, I decided to just give it away! :D
