Only simple parenting to the frame, but you can easily move the frame as long as you understand the mechanism

Is there an easy way to switch between the forms?
Sorry, I didn't make it (the switch), but I think you can save every form in pose mode after rigged, CMIIW

how do u transform it? i selcted all a rotated but it went in to i think flight mode? can u share some insight? btw amazing rig!!!
