Hello Blender-friends, here is my next model for a greater project - the JOHANNISBURG. It`s a palace in Aschaffenburg in germany. The model is high-detailed how you can see on the pictures. The textures are all included. It has over 21 million verts, over 20 million faces and over 5800 single objects. I need with my power PC (8 CPUs with 4.2 GHz, 32 GByte RAM) about 5 Minutes for a rendering with 1920 x 1200 pixels. Layer 1 has a low-poly model for move the hole building (for a positioning in other scenes). The Layers 2 - 5 have the high-poly building. Layer 12 has empties to move peaces of the building (f.e. the walls or the towers). The hole building an the low poly model are in one group (JOHANNISBURG). So you can append the building over the group in your own File. I hope you have fun with this peace.
