The texture sources are likely not compatible with CC0 except your own.
I have updated license and description, is it ok now?
Most "free" images are not compatible to any open source license. You could say models are CC0, but images may not be redistributed or so, like others do it. Pixabay for example should be fine, they have CC0 license, but "flicker" can be anything.
Update: I have searched for these two textures again. They are both from Pixabay with CC0 license. So I've made a little mistake and you can download blend file with textures without worry.
