This simple scene mainly focuses on the Fog material. I used different Textures, and text to make it look as someone has drawn some text on a foggy piece of glass after rain!
You can use the Fog material, with other objects.

Note: Some Textures were Downloaded from textures.com, so they are not packed with the .blend file.
