Description
This is my very first addon I programmed so it isn't that great but I am sharing it with you anyway. This addon is for the Blender Game Engine. Install the addon and enable it. Select the object you want to cell shade and press Shift + Alt + S. You can then configure the cell color and the thickness.
More information is in the blend file. I hope you enjoy :)

Super cool! Thats a very impressive addon, man.
Pretty fast and cool, but... i believed it is a shader, not just using Solidify, that also vorked incorrect sometimes ( Thanx you anyway!
