This would look nice in my game. Griffins flying around, reminds me of Sacred 2 they had griffins in it.

Very easy. Retopo the mesh using CgCookies retopo tools, bake out the normals, ao, and diffuse textures to a 2K map, and then add a unity particle system for the feathers.
