Great job. I opened the file but I am very new with Blender and I can't figure out how you rigged the wheels? Care to elaborate or do you know of a tut to learn a similar rig?
The control for the car is the empty in the middle of the car with the directional arrows. It's named 'jag controller'. You need to click on the 'Y' axis which is green and hold down the mouse button to drag it along that axis.
