Based on the standard Blender 2.78 Theme loosely with changes for less UI noise.

Doing Design in Blender, i needed a UI that is readable but also unobtrusive. The UI should not distract the work.

- a lot of mid grey values are used (to get less distraction by the UI)

- panelbars are a bit lighter then panels (to tell them apart easier)

- activated options, sliders, tabs are light blue (to see activated options)

- very sharp blacks and whites are softened (to get less noise)

- 3D effects are softened a lot (to get less UI noise too)

Used on Blender v2.78

Easy Eyes v01 - Good for colouring and design work (unobtrusive, less clear)

Easy Read v02 - Good for technical work (very clear, more obtrusive)
