Toon Feathers

Description

Two variations of a toon stylized feather with particles systems to add detail.

To achieve the "blowing in the wind" effect change the origin of each feather to the very tip. Go into editing and into face selection mode. Select the face that correspond with the origin of the mesh. Then, using proportional editing, rotate on the x axis as much as you want keeping in mind that too much bend will distort the shape. Done, now your feathers are ready to be used in a particle system.
