Yeah, lighting is a very important part when we try to show our things. :D It also is very useful when you are making these things, that you see pictures of real studio lighting setups from internet. :) There are very informative ones.
It is in there. When you open the blend file, the lighting setup of collection 8 is enabled, simply disable this one and enable collection 5 and you will get exactly what is pictured above.

Hey, could you tell me how to get the dark Blender theme which you use?
Hi! I was using one of the default themes. You can edit them in user preferences, themes tab. Theme is named "Elsyiun".
Sorry but the setup is absolutly not the same as the render you used to illustrate your blend.
