Bitter electromagnet

Description

A Bitter electromagnet is a type of electromagnet invented in 1933 by American physicist Francis Bitter used in scientific research to create extremely strong magnetic fields. Bitter electromagnets have been used to achieve the strongest continuous manmade magnetic fields on earth (up to 45 teslas - as of 2011).

I found this model very attractive! (Sorry, couldn't resist the pun:) Detailed down to threads and socket-head cap screws, as well as nice metallic textures.

Very detailed work. I found some errors. The bevel modifier in Cylinder.003 causes overlapping faces on the big drill holes. The small drill holes in the middle of the three recesses is rotated in a way that faces are overlapping.
