One of my first models, i spent around two hours since i'm still learning!
You can do whatever you want with this model i didn't use anything licenced.

Oh and the cork texture is free from textures.com
and the model is made on 2.79
verts: 918, faces: 843, tris: 1770

There are no textures packed into the file, so the cork renders as bright purple. The bottle itself is good, but it seems to be too far down so the bottom is cut off by the floor. If you raise the bottle up a bit, and put a texture on the cork, it looks almost like what your preview shows.
