you need to append them (file > append), then navigate to that file into the brush folder you can select all by clicking on the first one and with shift + ctrl + click on the last one, so you can import them all once

ASTONISHING! Wanna ask one thing ... If I append the brushes from the file and switch to sculpt they are all present and working but, no matter I save the default scene (CTRL + U), they are NOT present after re-starting the Blender so ... is there a way to make them "persistent" please? Cheers, Jan PS: You could imo be interested in this: https://www.blendswap.com/blends/view/86419 (probably know about it, right?) ... and with these I have the same problem no matter i followed the steps explained by the author (Im using Blender 2.79a to be presice).

How to download music from YouTube without registration and programs?

The blend file doesn't work. I can't see any brushes when I open the base blend file and I can't append anything.

Big thanks mate! For the people that have difficulties figuring this out in Blender 4.x: Open the file, Outliner, choose display mode "Blender File", find the brushes, select them and right click --> “Mark As Asset”. Then save the file into your asset folder (set in Preferences, ‘File Paths’) and the brushes will be available for every project henceforth. (For more details see Blender manual: Sculpting & Painting, Brushes, Manage Brushes, ‘Manual Storage’)
