I am still learning blender and trying to improve towards photo-realism every day. This however is the first from-scratch piece I have made that I felt was worthy of the site I have used for so very long to study other's works and educate myself!

The model is quite simple, the handle itself -not including buttons and the little box at the base- is one piece and the blade is setup with a simple keyframe to showcase that it can be retracted and deployed.
