Here is a tire pump model that I made for free to use purposes. Which pretty much means that anyone can use it, so long as they credit me, though.

I made a simple rig for this model. The hand has a single bone that has limited movement, the body is connected to a single bone as well. The hose on the other hand uses bendy bones and has copy location constraints to help manage the four controller bones. I also added a shape key that I may or may not remove. Not that it would really matter as you can just hide the squash bone.

Sorry if the shaders aren't really all that good. I don't really have enough knowledge to make them even better. But if anyone knows how to do that than I will post an updated version in the description.
