I love it but can it be ported to Garry's mod?

So I decided to check it out because I'm trying to learn modeling and I'm fairly decent at rigging but I also wanted to see how others do it, I've encountered a problem where his eye's turn when you rotate the head and don't always follow the eye controls and I noticed you used empties to control them and I think that might be a factor as well as the constraint is set to world space instead of local. just figured I'd inform you if you didn't already know

so what happened to the cynder model, used to use it and it was great... now all that remains is ones i have to pay for on other sites.
