Description
I'm planning on building a house out of a shipping container but I wanted to see how it all fits together before I start. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find a pre-made container model that was accurate enough with the correct number of corrugations and dimensions so I made my own. I modeled everything except for the doors. Those were copy and pasted from cgcookie (https://www.blendswap.com/blends/view/92448) The wood floor texture is a free one from poliigon (https://www.poliigon.com)
This is my first model that isn't the result of following along with a tutorial so keep an eye out for newbie mistakes. (suggestions welcome)
If you would like the insulated version of this container, please check here

Once I've finished modeling the entire house I'll post it here.
Edit: and here it is https://www.blendswap.com/blend/23386

I like to watch YouTube channel **Living Big In A Tiny House** I remember that i saw this video. [Shipping Container Home Designed For Sustainable Family Living](https://youtu.be/xhC5Tcl5LvM) At 6 minute is a blueprint of this nice house. Cheers!
Yea I've seen a few of those videos and most are pretty clever. But 4 containers will probably be a bit too much for me. The plan is to start with one and see how it goes.
We've been working on a 30' high cube design that can be moved via flatbed. Been hard finding an accurate model of a container. Thanks for your work on the model :)
