These Boardroom tables have a low-poly count (392 vertices, 600 triangles count total for both models) which makes them ideal as game and VR/AR assets.

All files are sub-division ready. 4K PBR textures are packed in the Blend (BaseColor, normal(openGL), roughness, metallic and height maps)

The longer boardroom table is using the same texture as the shorter boardroom table so it has overlapping UVs. The shorter table doesn't have any overlapping UVs
