It's not the fanciest rig but it could be useful for someone, and as I found a lot of cool stuff here I want to share something in return.

A simple book rigged with drivers to control the pages.
Two keyframes per page so you can control the timing of the animation.
You can add pages by duplicating one and adjusting the "limit" keyframes, they control the main bend.
The cover is controlled by a simple armature.
