You should not be this upset by a freebie. Either modify it to be lighter, find another model, or look up a tutorial to make your own.

31 MB is not much, and the file is quite light, it is a simple scene, it already depends on the space and capacity of your equipment.
Then try making it yourself.
If you can make it better then do it, otherwise keep your pie hole closed
