If one re-uses any of your model or part of it (released under creative commons 3.0), in any commercial work, how does one credit the original author?

I guess that you can credit the author in the credits of the game/film/adv that you are doing (at least that's what I will do) if you reuse some of the work, but not the entire kitchen.
