To change or replace the ads with your own, see the Materials panel and look for "Billboard1, Billboard2" and import your own ad. Ads can be jpgs or pngs, at dimensions of 2400 x 1200.

Lights can have their brightness and color adjusted by tweaking the Emission color and strength in the "LightBulbs" material.
