A total rebuild of the Coolio rig, upgraded with better spine controls, shape key driven face rigging, improved tweak controls, and overall quality of life improvements. Free to download, modify, and use for non-commercial purposes with attribution.
Updates: Fixed animatable toon bones, fixed all offset controllers, fixed animatable face/eye controllers, removed floating 3D dials/knobs in lieu of UI addon panel, added IK/FK snapping, added lattice deformer to head and face. (Oct. 22, 2021)

absolutely great! i ask you a question: can i modify it a little bit (add clothes and hair, customize it a little bit to give it some particular character) and use it in an animation for youtube or do you consider that "commercial use"? Thank you very much!

That's totally fine! "Non-commercial" just means you don't make money from using it. So no ad revenue from the youtube video. But absolutely feel free to tweak it and modify it to suit your needs! Hi, the file instant crash when i load it (2.90.1), do you know what should i do? Thanks
Oh no! It works fine for me in 2.93. Maybe check if you need the newest version of Blender? Also if your computer is older, it might just not run well or cause crashes. Settings like Simplify in the Render Properties panel may help with this. I'm terribly sorry if that's the case since that would mean I didn't optimize the file very well and that you may need to find a simpler lower-poly rig to use. I hope this helps!

*update on my mission* Day 1 still of trying to get a blender 2.79 version of coolio, still no success, (I don't think RabidTribble even knows I exist). Whelp.

Yeah, I'm sorry if that was appealing. I opted for a more standard UI when I updated the rig. No more floating panels like the "lip sync" controller. Here's the video explaining the changes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mss2guc8XRs&t=194s (I thought I added it to this post. sorry!)
