A Simple Medieval house with 2 Stories + Attic.
Fairly Simple, Fully Procedural materials. Made for Cycles but the materials should work with Eevee provided the user enables Ambient Occlusion with low settings.
200 k Tris with subdiv, 55k with Simplify set to 0

It looks absolutely gorgeous. I didn't see any textures in the download though. Maybe I missed them?

Hello, thanks for the kind words ! :) All the materials are procedural, meaning you need a relatively beefy computer to experience the textures, and they only work inside blender itself. Due to how I setup the materials and the models, it's a bit time consuming to bake the textures so i didn't do it for now but I definitely plan on updating the models with baked textures some day once I get the hang of it.
