Like the rockbouncer I've uploaded before (https://blendswap.com/blend/28786), aerodynamics is mimicked by PID control (Motion Actuator with Servo Control Type). I added secondary actuators with negative coefficient and force limitations so that wing surface stalls rapidly at low velocity. Toying with PID is fun. The rocket explosion drives shrapnels with instability negative proportional coefficient brings about.
