Michael, I have been testing Cartoon Guy on 2.57 works wonderful. Where can I get a DVD to learn the rigging and such. I am new to this stuff and need to learn how to animate my own models. Thanks Joe.

Vinimay, good to hear. Jofes, the blender addon rigify did most of the work for me. There's a lot of tutorials on blendercookie, youtube and vimeo I've learned from. The blenderartists forum and models from this site helped me a lot also. Jam, I think what might be happening is if your trying to pose him differently, the program is reverting to the pose thats keyed in that action. Try deleting the action or turning on auto-keyframing. If you tried this already and it didn't work let me know.

hi i have two questions, if i change the pose that this model is in and try to render it it just resets its self to the original pose, this might be easy to fix but i just dont know how LOL also is there a bone to move the head around?

i mean like to turn the head though i found the bone to like move it up/down/side/side but i cant figure out how to rotate it, also the eyebrow bones aren't working these might be easy fixes but im kinda new to blender XD

This is a really great rig, and one of the only good blender rigs with facial animation. But, for some reason, the eyebrows won't work.

I can't understand why, but every version of this model won't let me add a sound (.mp3) to rig his mouth movements to. it always crashes the whole software even though when I add a sound to a new blender file, it works no problem. Any suggestions?
