Hurr.... looks a little compressed on the X axis as well as the top looks a little flat (If you didn't guess it I am comparing to actual photographs of human skulls) as well as the eye-sockets being.. odd (The way you extruded them they look like cylinders, when the actual sockets would be round, like if you pressed a ball into clay (not exactly as they wouldn't be perfectly round, but you get the metaphor) ^^"). But you did a great job over all, kind of sad that you had to go to 230k polys.
