Yes, it is lowpoly - (with a subsurf modifier)

Wonderful, but (not being rude) why is this banana special? I honestly am not trying to be rude, but I am looking for some professional insight because I am currently modeling, and re-modeling some tomatoes :P Let me know what your secret :D Thanks in advance!!! :D

Joseph, if you take a look at the model you can see it's got great topology. A hand painted UVmapped texture and renders very nicely.
