Oh.. good point.. should this be taken down?
Natholas, I think your ok, there are many 3d model sites that sell "design copyright" models, such as turbosquid.com and they have no trouble with the selling of models like these.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but this file does not show any objects when I load it in blender 2.65 :(
