How do I add the faces to the stickmen?
How do I make multiple of the one character? because I would like to make an animation like yours (might not be as good) But still how do I? (I will put "credit to: LuccasBode for the stickmen" at the end) and if you could would you be able to help with my animation to make it more.. better?
Its pretty easy man, just select the model and armature with right mouse button, then hit shift+D

How do you even move it? I do not even know how to bend his knees :( Please post a tutorial.
Uhm... I have some very sad news prepared for everyone looking at this model. Luccas Bode (Jose R. Lucas) had died on March 22, 2012, due to multiple organ failure. An animation memorial service has been prepared for friends and family (this will be 2D, so most likely BlendSwappers might not be able to join, but there might be a way to work it out) at a different website. Thanks for reading.

RIP Luccas. In his memory im going to use this character for a multiplayer game. Damn now i am sad when i heard what happened to him :(

for faces just create text and make a text face
