Each spear is 33 faces. Each support post is 114 faces

There are 2 array modifiers on the fence:

The first one on the list, labeled "spear", will control how many spear are in a segment. The second one labeled "segment" controls how many segments. The support post is set as the start cap and is scaled down inside the first support post of the array.

The array is also set to follow a curve. This makes it much easier to circle something, like a house, as apposed to making jagged 90 degree turns. To do this, just turn the "Fit Type" to "Fit Curve" on the segment array modifier. By default it will be set to "Fixed Count".
