Excellent Work! How did you do the facial Mocap -- that is amazing!

I am not at my home CPU right now so I can't look at the model - but there are several possibilities -- Is the modifier itself disabled? (eyeball icon in the modifer tab) is the simplify option checked (in the world settings button)? I often turn on simplify, so that when I do animations I can preview them in real time

Guys guys guys, foolishness, you guys didn't even know that "SIMPLIFY" option!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That means you turn off subsurf from every object when you want???????????????? I'm also a new user of blender but I found it, And J C Roberts ,you can just simply ask whats it? You didn't need to write this much long paragraphs, you don't know the settings, its your fault, i didn't know that people around here don't know simplify button, otherwise i would like to add that in description, i thought it would be weird if i do so. Anyway, seems like-" turn off the SIMPLIFY button for the original look", that's what i have to add in the description.

you are right Ballaloris, but we always need to be ready to learn new things, instead of getting frustrated on those who use, its better to ask and learn, its fun to learn new things.

Isn't this the same model in the blenderella video?

If you read the discription, you can find that i've made it using blenderella dvd, Body is completely different, cloth design is same.
