These are the animation rigs used in the first 2 chapters of the BlenderCookie training series "Animation Fundamentals in Blender"

This Blend file contains four complete rigs:

1. Basic ball

2. Ball with squash and stretch controls

3. Ball and chain

4. Ball with a tail

Each rig is ready to animate with all necessary controls

Great stuff guys, have to say I'm half way through the training and I've learned a ton so far. Have a feeling I'll have to go through it a couple times to really soak it all up. Great stuff, keep up the good work and thanks for uploading this here.

Thanks for all of your tutorials on cgcookie guys , amazing site and this is an amazing ball rig , in my first month in blender i felt that its so difficult to be an advanced user with online tutorials and i was going to search for an another program , but when i found your site and began watching the tutorials i've felt that blender is the most powerfull online animation and modeling program and i began to understand it. Thanks for all your work :)

hey, i have some trouble here, I hope U can help me to resolve it. I'm a newbi here. I saw it, and interested to download this file for learning more about blender, but after I open it, the object model are changed. the objects which have white colors are lost. do you know why this thing happen?
