Description
This blend file is a collection of cameras, objects and a single light source designed to quickly and easily create good looking sky cube maps for games or animation. These are not necessarily photo realistic, but provide a great start for backgrounds or reflection maps.
The project is based off the concepts provided by[ http://www.superrune.com/technical/tutorial_skies.php]( http://www.superrune.com/technical/tutorial_skies.php) and following the examples on his website can give you a good foundation for improving your own skies.
Included is a readme for some basic info and a gimp image file to demonstrate how to combine your rendered images into a working cubemap.
CC0 for the most fun, though I would appreciate posting links to any works you come up with in the comment section below!

I had no idea you could do skies this good with such simple procedural textures. Many thanks for uploading this! Is there a way to render the sky with different clouds? I'm getting the same sky each render.
Pardon me, I didn't notice the included readme. Thanks once again for this amazing tool that I most certainly will use a lot in the future.
Very nice, I was actually looking for some thing of this nature. You've assisted me a great deal man, for that I salute you.
Finally! Thanks bro
Nice, and quick to render. I just had to set the world materials to sky, and then set the transparent pixels to render to that or else i got black patches between the clouds.
